After over 35 years in education, three Headships and on the leadership team of all the schools I’ve been involved with, I took the decision in 2025 to move into supporting children, schools and leadership in a different capacity. I am now a Safeguarding Trainer and Consultant working with organisations and schools, a provider of private Mathematics tuition and offer advice and support for the writing of CVs, applications and interviews.

My experiences across both the state and private sectors include teaching Mathematics up to and including GCSE, as well as teaching all subjects in Primary, being a safeguarding (DSL) and Prevent lead and leading schools successfully through inspections.

Outside of work I have enjoyed playing the guitar, sport, amateur dramatics and hold licenses in powerboating and motorcycling.

Improving all aspects of safeguarding and education is a passion and I hope that I can be of service to you today.

With almost a decade in the education sector, as a School Administrator, Head of Admin and Exams Officer, I am pleased to bring administrative and strategic support to Stride Education Ltd.

Whilst I don’t usually work directly with clients, you may see me at group tuition sessions as the additional adult.
